We handle both individual items and series production and always work under documented and controlled processes.
We are certified according to DS/EN ISO 3834-2 and perform manufacturing and welding of building components up to EXC 3 in accordance with DS/EN ISO 1090.
We have two 3D offline programmable welding robots – up to 600 Amp MIG/MAG and 500 Amp TIG – which ensure high efficiency and consistent quality.
In addition, we offer laser welding up to 2 kW, particularly effective for materials up to 3 mm and with a precise, uniform finish.
We also perform stud welding up to 2,600 Amperes and 25 mm in diameter, which is often used in concrete structures and larger infrastructure projects.
