Our robot cells are built with up to 12 axes and can automatically switch between TIG and MIG/MAG processes, ensuring great flexibility and efficient changeover between different types of workpieces. Programming is done offline in 3D, so complex subjects can be simulated and optimized before production starts.
We handle items up to Ø1400 × 2500 mm and a weight of up to 1000 kg. The welding systems operate with up to 600 amps MIG/MAG and 500 amps TIG and are equipped with positioners and fixtures that provide optimal control over heat impact and prevent distortion during welding.
All processes are performed according to ISO 3834-2 and DIN 2303, with associated WPS/WPQR, material certificates, and process logging, which ensures documented quality, strength, and traceability.
We weld in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum and offer technical advice on construction, tolerances, and welding optimization – from prototype and 0-series to full serial production.
